APPROVING SITE FLAN FOR HOYT PROPS MMM INC. FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED NOR'IHWBST OF I494 AND SCIMMT LMM ROAD (91041)
WIERBAS, Hoyt Properties, Inc. has rerpessed approval of a Site Plan for prol;0ty
located northwest of I-494 and Schmidt Labe Road;

the Site Plan, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Bothow's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit Issuance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resohntion 79-80 regudiM minimum floor elevations
