CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 94. 734
WHEREAS, the Depufteut of Public Safety seeb Council authori n to designate
omni areas as available for snowmobile use within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the &Bowing areas we appropriate for the use of snowmobiles:
1. Public ftonm waters within the City limits. when access an be legally obtained, with the
motion of Parkers Lake and Schmidt Lake,
2. The State Snowmobile trail along State highway 559 from FaWxWk Avenue west to the City
Limits.
3. The trail spur of Niagara Lane between Parken Lake and St..te Highway 55.
4. County Road 47 (in the ditch) from Juneau Lane west to the City limits.
5. The spur of Vicksburg Lane from the northern City boundary south to County Road 9.
6. The spur of County Road 9 from Vicksburg Lane west to Highway 55.
7. Snowmobiles may be used on arty public property for rescue, emergency, or law enforceruerut
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that it designates the foregoing locations for snowmobile use
pursuant to Section 1325.03, subd 2 (a) of the City Code.
