HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-730• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOL MON % - 730 APPROVING MD= PIANNBD UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR CARISON REAL ESTATE COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST INTIIitSBcnON OF I494 AND CARISON PARTWAY (94M WHEREAS, Cariaon Rad Eme Company has requested appoval for a Mixed Planed Unit Development Preliminary Plan/Plat, Caoditboal Use Permit and VafW= for property located at the southwest inwnction of I494 and Carlson Parkway, The croperty is mon specifically described as follows: Outlot B, Carlson Center S=W Addition, Hennepin County, Minoea ta. WHEREAS, the Planninc Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Haring and mcommtnods approval; NOW, THEREFORE, Bb IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE C:I'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOU'T'H, MINNESOTA, that it abould and herby does approve the rqueat of Carlson Real Estate Company for a Mixed Planed Unit Development Ptelimina.•y Plan.'Plat, Conditional Use Permit and Variance for property located at the southwest interaertion of I494 and Carlson Parkway, subject to the following condition►: i. C mpliance with the City Bn&Ar's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all haurdous trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No building permit strA be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 4. Payment of park dedication fees-belieu of dedication in Accordance with the Dedication Policy in effort at the time of recording of the Final Plat with Hennepin County. S. Signage shall be in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance and as modified by the PUD plans dated September 30, 1994. 12. The NIPLT Final Plat shall include platting the parcels identified as 33-118.22- 44.0023 and 33-118-2244-0006. The City by this resolution, declares the land in the wutheast corner of parcel 33-118-22-44-0006 to be surplus land and to be as and right -of way with the Carlson Center 12th Addition plat incorporated in Lot 1, Block 1 Carlson Center 12th Addition. The mmaind:x of parcel 33-118- 2244-0006 and all of parcel 33-118-2244-0025 shall be dedicated as street right - of way with Carlson Center 12th Addition Phu. 13.
