AUTHORECING THE VACATION OF
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD RIGHT-OF-WAY SOUTH OF
SOTS AVENUE

slightly within the Notbwrest Boulevard risk -of -way; and
WHEREAS; a public hearing with respect to saW vacation was scheduled for November 7. 1994
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 u amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of uW hearing was publiabod and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of November 7. 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public bearing on November 7, 1994 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of Northwest Boulevard street rigbt-of-way
south of 54th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it wu determined by the City Council tint said right-of-way should be vacated in
oder for the screening fence to be privately owned;
NOW, INEREtORE, BE 1T HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA: That the following portion of Northwest Boulevard right -at
way south of 54th Avenue be vacated:
That part of Northwest Boulevard u dedicated with the plat of BASS LAKB H MOH73 47H
ADDMON, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying southeasterly of 'Lim V and its extonsioes,
lying northerly of 'Line 2' and its extensional and lying easterly of "Line 3'. Said 'Line 1'9
'Line 20, and 'Line 3' are described as follows:
'Line 1' is a line run from a point on the northerly line of said Outlot B distant
18.0 feet northeasterly of the most westerly corner of saW Outlot B to a point on
the westerly line of said Outlot B distant 22.0 feet soutbautnrly of said most
westerly corner.
'Line 2' is a line run from the most southerly corner of Lot 1, Block 3, aid BASS
LAKE HEIGHTS 4TH ADDITION to a point on the westerly line of said Outlot B
distant 163.0 feet southeasterly of the most westerly corner of acid d itlot B.
