WBOEtBAS, the able television system in the City Council Chambers is is need of

the Council Chambers; and
Wi MtBAS, the City requested proposals for consulting services for the interior design
and video system upgrades to the City Council Chambers; and
WHERBAS, the proposal of Trossen Wright and Blexronic Interiors was deemed by a
council/staff subcommittee to be the most responsive;
Wi MRAS, Trossent Wright and Blectronic Interiors approximate cost for consulting
services will be between $32,000 and $61,300, depending upon the design options chosen
by the City at a hater date, and funds are available in the Cable Reserve Fund;
NOW 7WRBFORB, BE IT RBSOLVBD that the City Council of the City of
Hymouth, Minnesota does hereby approve the proposal of Trossen Wright and Blectroaic
Interiors for consulting services on the video system upgrade and Council Chambers
madificatioos.
