WIotEAS, Chop Order Nos. 2 and 3 have been prepared providing for the following:
Incrmaes to cost due to the additional work required on the bridge deck and
the addition of tum Loos and access to the fahm church site. A decrease in
cost due to using lou gnamhies of common borrow material; and

to allow the project to proceed; and
wHMMAS, Change Order Nos. 2 and 3 for Northwest Boulevard, City PlM*ct No. 2069 is
moommended for approval;
NOW, 'TIEREPORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order Nos. 2 and 3 for Northwest
Boulevard, City Project No. 206, by adding $25,995.25 is approved:
