The replaa+ment wetland must be monitored by The City Of Maple Orove for a five (3) Year period from the date of completion. 2. The City Maple Omves wetland consultant ahall submit an annual monitoring report to the city of Plymouth on the anniversary date of the completion of the replacement wetland for a period of five (3) yaw containing information required in WCA rule 8420.OW0. 3. TIM replacement wetland must be constructed before or concurrently with site grading for the trail. 4.
