WHBRBAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Thomas M. Bunce, General Council Told
Development Company has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
trail agement:
All that part of a pope" aasement for trail purposes aver, under, and W= pari of Lot
2, Bock 1, NOR1TIOVEST BUSINESS CAMPUS WH ADDITION, according to the
recorded plat thereof, and described in Document No. 1467503, file of the Registrar of
Titles, Haompin County, Minnesota. which Has woody of the following dacd'aed line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 22, Township 118, Range
22, Hennapin County. Minnesota. thence on an assumed baring of North
89 degrees 35 minutes 36 seconds West, along the south line of Said Section
229 a distance of 1132.64 feet; thence North 9 degroes 06 minutes 34
seconds want 273.48 feet; thence North 01 degree 46 minutes 19 seconds
Bart 67 feet; thence North 11 dogma 13 mimes 34 seconds Wet 118.93

order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby don, establish the
data of December 5, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chami)ers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
