RRQUMM 12 INCH TRUNK WATlM"IN CONSTRUCTION
SUGAR HIIdB 3RD ADDITION ON
WHEREAS, the City of Plymon& and Hapaie R. Forbrapd, Darfeoe R. Pmb mgd, Martis
N. Hamad, and Janice S Hamad have eataed into a devdopmest contract dated May,
20, 1994 for the development of Sugar Hills 3rd Addition; aad
WHEREAS, as pact of this development, the developer was required to construct a 12
inch wateemain in Suer Hills 3rd Addition in order to conform with the City of
Plymouth's Water Distribution Plan; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City policy the developer installed the repined 12 inch
wahmnain in Sugar Hills 3rd Addition in 36th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has accepted the utilities, including the 12 inch
watermain, for continual maintenance as of November 7, 1994; and
WHEREAS, itis the policy of the City of Plymouth to mimburse developers for required
wstermain construction upon completion in acoordutse with the approved putts and
spedtic atioos and auceptaruoe for continual maintenance by the City; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $19,968.26 Including engineering fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IvITNNESOTA: That the developer, Bugene R. Forbragd,
Darlene R. Forbmgd, Martin N. Harstad, and Janke B. Hamad, is to be reimbursed in
the amount of $19,968.26 for the requited 12 inch watenmain construction based on the
alignment in the construction plans and in accordance with City policy.
BE PP FURTHER RESOLVED that the Nmda be allocated f om the Trunk Water Fund.
