WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contact dated May 11, 1993, The Cantyauk of Reach
Cie* a Minneeota Partowship by Comactoc Property Developers Company, its Gonad Partner,
developer of Courtyards of French Creek (93034), has agreed to instal certain impmvemeets fa said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a porton of the street, utility and site grading as soled below;
