AUTHORIT. NO RELEASE OF STTB PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR H.I.
EN'I UIRISES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 299S HARBOR LANE (93061)
WHEREAS. a She PWS to Goodyear Service was approved under City Council
Resohuion 93-370; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted do required She Perfamme tlua afte in the
fb:•n - a Bond in the amount of $131,530 and,
WHEREAS$ upon notice from the devebper, City staff has impected said dte and
recommends release of the financial puaraftee;
NOW, 'IMERBFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MlNNBSOTA, that h should and hereby don authorize
the release of the Bond in the amount of $131,530 which was submitted to juanntee
she improvements for Goodyear Service Center.
Adopted by the City Council on November 7, 1994.
