WiMRBAS, a Laodempe Phu for Bagleyrood AddMon was approved under City
Council Resobrtlon 93-189; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Pufarmaooe Clna antee in the
fbrm of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $17,360; and,
WHEREAS, the Cky Ca", under Resolution 94-606, authorized the reduction of
the letter of credit to $4,310; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice fYom the developer, City tuff bu inspected old eke and
recommends release of the fm=W guuaetee,
NOW, 1IMBPORE, BB 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CPPV COUNCIL OF
THS CITY OF PLYMOUTH,MMMOTA, that k sbould and hereby dna authorize
the relase of the Lew of CA& in the amount of $4,340, whkh was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Landscape improvemems for Baglewood Addition.
Adopted by the City Coundl on November 7, 1994.
