VISMAS, a Site Plan for United Power Anaociation waa gVwvod under City

WHMIAS, the developer nbmitted the revired Site Performance Guamnee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $114,000; end,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resoludw 93-701, authorized the reduction of
the bond, to $2,500; aid,

NOW, THSRB MA HS IT >SBR»Y RESOLVED BY 728 CTTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNISOTA, that it Nbould and hereby don authorize
the relstas of bond in the amount of $2,500, which was nbmitted to Suannee Nile
Wrwovemena for United Power Association.
Adopted by the City Council of November 7, 1994.
