WHEREAS, Abra Aum Body and Olay has requested approval for a Candkional Use
Permit Amendment and Site Plan Amendment for property located at 11040 Highway
55;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Unit 19 Plymoutb Automotive Center, a Condominium, Condominium Number
594, 8emepin County, Minnesota.
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian lying
northerly of the northeasterly line of Trunk Highway No. 55 and westerly of the
northwesterly line of County Road No. 70, according to Document No
2834189, Office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except
that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at a point on the
northwesterly right -o[ way line of County Road No. 70, distant 205 feet
northeasterly, as measured along :Aid northwesterly d& -of -way line of State
Highway No. 55; thence southwesterly, along said northwesterly right-cf-way
line, a divatnce of 205 feet to said northeasterly tight -of -way Un; thence
northwesterly, along said northeasterly right-of-way Woe, a distance of 190.71
feet; thence northeasterly, a distance of 207.90 feet, to a point distant 1 b0 feet
northwesterly from the point of beginning; thence southeasterly to the point of

WHEREAS, as Planning Commission has reviewed del request at a duly called
Publk Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THERE11OiRE, 28 IT HERMY RESOLVED BY TH[B CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MOMSOTA, that it ehoeld sled hereby does approve
aha request by Apra Auto Body ad Ohm for a Ccadkioul Use Pewit Amendment
ad Site Flu Amendment for a 2,359 square foot addition for p Wmty located at
11040 Highway 359 subject to the following cooditioae:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordh>.00a, sad
violation thereof shall be grounds to revocation.
2. The site shW be maintained in a sanitary marrow.
3. All waste and waste cooWners shall be stored within approved desigmted areas
that da meet City design standards.
4. A Coodhiooal Use Permit Amendment and Site Phan Amendment is for a 2,359
square foot addition onto the existing Abs Auto Body Shop.
S. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Resolution 93-7 approving the
original Conditional Use Permit for Abra Inc.
