APFROVDW SITE PLAN AMENDbUKr FOR AP Technology Mansgament Inc.
LOCATED AT 12001 Highway SS (94126)
WHERAAS, AP Tachooiogy Managameot Inc. has requested approval far a She Phu
Ameodmoet for Honeywell loceled at 12001 Higbwray 33;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it sbould and haft does approve
the following to be met:
1. Compiiaooe wrath the City Engineer's Memormdum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor devadoos
for new mactures on sites adacal to, or containing any open storm water
dminge ftcility•
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions aro subject to required reviews and
approvals per OWbance provisions.
6. Camplhnce with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
bran.
7. An 8 112 x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Pian shall be subuam. prior to
the release or reduction of any she improvement bonds per City Policy.
B. This Site Pian Amendment is for a 4,163 square foot addition to the north side
of the Honeywell building.
9. ll dting requirements shall be subject to Building Division review.
