WIELREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed raid request at a duly called Public hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HOMY RESOLVED by THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Volp Managing for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment to expand outside storage for property looted at 1410x) and 14025 23rd Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The do shall be maintained in a sanitary nustmer. 3. No signage is allowed relative to the use. 4. The Conditional Use Permit Amendment is for the expansion of the outside storage area by 2,625 square feet. S.
