WILBRBAS, the City staff bas prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, TiiiBitBPORB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESC'TA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Flat and Development Contract for Orrin Thompson Homes located east of
Dunkirk I ane at 4W Averre North, and,
FURTHE& that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manatter be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the Cir).
