WST 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in WST god
Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a om*w ty of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHBREAS, a pdAk bearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for October 17. 1994 in
accordance with Mirmesou Statute 412.851 as amended; and
WHER.BAS, a notice of publication of said bearing was published and posted two weeb prior to
the meeting of October 17, 1994; and
WHEkBAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;

WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on October 17, 1994 to inform soy and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in WST 2nd Addition;
and
WH OtEAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were riot needed for
pubes Props;
NOW, 'IHIMEFORE, BB IT ii$ MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
All of the drainage and utility easements dedicated on the Final Phu of WST 2nd
Addition, accorc!ing to the recorded pbu thereof, Hennepin County, Mimtesots.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994
