RESOLUTION 94-681
AUTHOREZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTIQdTY RASEMMM IN
AMICDIR LAII<0$ VMRXTRIAL PARR
VAMMU S, a petition was received to vacate a portion of drainage and utility aaemeota in
Medicine Labe Industrial Parr Addition; and
WHEREAS; said petition was signed by a rgjority of the owners of the land abutting the arm
Fopaed b be vacated; and
VAMMU AS; a public bearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for October 17, 1994 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said baring was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of October 17, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public bearing on Octot-er 17, 1994 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of dralwp and utility easements in Lou 1
and 2, Block 1 and Outlot A, Modicine lAke Industrial Paris Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THMEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOLTM, MINNESOTA: That the following portion of drainage and utility easements
be vacated:
TLe 6.00 foot drainage and utility easement along the south line of Outlot A,
except the east 10 feet and the wont 6 feet, along the north line of Lot 1, except the
east 10 feet along the north line of Lot 2, except the west 6 The all in Block 1 as
dedicated on the plat of Medicine Lake Industrial Park, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
