WH=Wo pursuant to proper notice duly given as requited by law, the Council has met and
bend and passed upon all objections to the popond amume t for 1994 Removal and
Dadmotion of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 charms as povided by the City Ordinances and has
amended such pope e A assessment u it deems just;
NOW, TWO ZFORZq S81T MMEBY RBSOLVED BY THB CITY COUNC UL OF THB
CTPY OF PLYMOUTHS MI NNUOTA:
1. Such proposed aaasmeot, a copy of which b attached hereto Aad made a pot diereof, is
hereby Accepted and shall constitute the gmdd assessment against the land named therein
and each tract of land heroin included is hereby bound to be identified by the Amount of
the unument levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Asn m:ents may be paid in M to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by November
16, 1994 without additional charge. After November 16, 1994 dally interest charge band
on an annual rate of 8.00% stating on October 18, 1994 will be doe in addition to the
levied assessment. The lot date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is
November 29, 1994. Ager that date interest still be added ftom the date of this
resolution until December 31. 1993 and payment can only be made to Hennepin County
with the 1995 property tcxes.
4. The clerk shall ibrthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax Wb of the county and such usessmonts
shall be collected and paid over the am manner u other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the 11194 Removal and Deawction of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 charges
asnued by this resolution aro S 170.40.
