1. Such proposed sussaxot, a copy of which is attached hmeto and made a pact thereof, is hereby
accepted cod disll constitute the special amsunent against the hand named therein and each tract of
lad bersin included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the ussument levied
against it.
2. Such usasmeats shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Aueumenu may be paid in fail to the City of Plymouth Plnance Director by November 16, 1994
without additional cbuge. After November 16, 1994 dally interest charge based on an anmial ate
of 8.00% starting on October 18, 1994 will be due in addition to the levied useument. The but
date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth 4 November 29, 1994. After that date
interest shall be added from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1993 and payment can
only be made to Hennepin County with the 1993 property taxa.
4. The clarlc:ball forthwith taumh a certified duplicate of this asomment to the County Finance
Director to be extended on the proper tax lids of the county and such assessments shall be
collected and paid over the same manner u other municipal taxa.
3. The total cost of the 1994 Unpaid Annual Recycling Feu auessud by this resolution are $234.80.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
