ADOPTING ASSRSSMRNTS
1994 UNPAID ANNUAL STREST LIGHTING FOR WSMOVED PARCELS

Uoimpoved Parcels as provided by the City Ordinances and has amended such peoposed assaameat as
it deems just;
NOW9 THSREFOM BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, KPINEWTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached bereto and made a part thereoft is hereby
accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the Isnd named therein and each teat of
land herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the assessment levied
against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of ore year.
3. Assessments may be paid in dill to the City of Plymouth Pinance Director by November 16, 1994
without addkkxW chup. After November 16, 1994 daily interest charge based on an annual tate
of 8.00% darting on October 18, 1994 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The but
date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is November 29, 1994. After that date
interest shall be added from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995 and payment can
only be made to Hennepin County with the 199S property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Finance
Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such assessments shall be
collected and pRid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cat of the 1994 Unpaid Annual Street Lighting for Unimproved Parcels assessed by this
resolution are $228.87.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
