ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO.907
WATER AREA
FIPRNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, puwant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and
heard and passed upod all objections to the proposed assessments for Fernbrook Lane - water
area• by the installation of weer VW& fhcilities, and all necessary appputenances;
NOR►, THERBFORiI, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE Cr1Y COUNCL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached bereto and made a part homf, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assemient against the lanm aamed therein
and each tract of land thsteln included L hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
Z. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extend4 over a period of 5
yeas, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
1995, and shall bear interest at the no of 7.00% per annum fmm the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. Tb the first installmnent shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the due of this resolution until December 31, I9^5. To each subsequent
installment when due shall be added Interest.fbr one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessawet on such
property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days fivm the
adoption -4 this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the ascessment remaining unpaid with Interest accrued to December 31
of the year In which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 30 or interest will be charred through December 3., of the next succeeding
year.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over In the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is:
Water Area $40,033.00
