CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, punarant to proper notice duly Sivas as required by law, the Council has met and
heard and pasted upon all objections to the proposed assessments for Schmidt Labe
RoadtPernbrook Laos - Street and UtWtim by the installation of a arrest with curb and Sutter,
storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water lateral, water trunk fhcilities, concrete curb and Sutter
only, and all other appurtenanoes;
NOW, TI®REFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB
C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, UTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hent, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the qwW assessment against the lands named therein
and each tact of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against It.
2. Such aweame+t shall be payable in equal &Douai installments extending over a period of S
years, the fiat of the installments to be payable on or before the flat Monday in January,
1993, and shall bear Interest at the rate of 7.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. Tb the first installment shall be added interest on the setire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. Tb each subsequent
installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid Installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
asseument to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with Interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest shad be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this msoluta n and he may at any time therteaft pay the City Finance Director
the entire amotim of the aasessment remaining unpaid with Interest aec ser; to December 31
of the year in whit t. such payment Is made. Such payment must be made bakm
November 30 or intere..! wili be charged through December 31, of the next succeeding
year.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a cenifled duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of 06- County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over in the %me manner as other municipal taxes.
