WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the ptmhaae of one Wheeled Loader and
one Snowblower fix the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, in a000sdaaoe witb the State Stnnte, bid speculations was preened am distributed, and bid
proposals received and opened on October 3, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the following bids wen received:

WHEREAS, the bid from Ziegler, Inc. and Midwest Machinery, Inc. are in cooforasance with the City's
speciticadoos.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid ftom Ziegler, Inc. is declared the lowest responsible Wbed
Loader bidder for the Total Cost Concept after five years of ownership and accepts their bid in the amount of
$36,664. sad f4rther that the purchase is authorized in the amount of $60,347.16 including sales tax and that
Midwest Machinery, Inc. is declared the lowest resporoible Snow blower bidder and that the City accepts
their bid of $31,797.23 and huther that the µuchase is authorized in the amount of $33,833.40 including
sales tax.
