NOW, THOUIPOW BE lT MOMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ld MMOTA:
1. The City C=Wfi beds and determines that said petition was 4ped by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the locmioo of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement Is hereby ordered as proposed in the Cm=U
remWtion adopted October 179 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvemeots. He SW coordinate the wort which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
