NOW, THlKORB, BE IT HBRPEY RBSOLVBD BY 17M CITY COUNCQ. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOLTM, MIIdNMOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvameat of Sugar HM 3rd Addition by the
iomlLtion of residential ornamental street lighting, tiled with the City Council on
October 17, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This decluatioo is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statute: Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special useument hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and be is instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is fesisible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as moosnmended.
