I. The City Council Ands and determines that aid petition was signed by
W the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement b bereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted October 179 1994. The petitioners have waived their
right to a FMk hearing.
3. The City Bogineer is bereby designated as the engineer for these
improv. He shall coordinate the work whicb will be dome by
Nortbern States Power Company.
