VAMIRBAS, a petition has been received from I.umdpen Am. Comtroction, Inc., the
developer, mqu sting imtallation of ornamental rind atial meet 110ft in Savannah
Addition.
NOW, TEMREFORB, BE 1T HMMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CM COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUM, MDMOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Savannah Addition by the
installation of raddeotW onnmamtal mat ligtioj, filed with the City Council on
October 17, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required peroeotage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in confornwmoe to
Minrresota Salutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owner: and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment bearings.
3. The petition is bereby refereed to the City ftlo r and be is inmucted to roport to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvanent is fmibie and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement sad the
estimated oat of the improvement as recommended.
