RESOLUTION 94 -650
DECLAWNG PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORMNG THE CONVEYANCE
OF THE OLD SCHIST 1A139 ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO
QUAXL HOLLOW ADDITION
WEIEM S, the City of Plymouth purchased property reoade 2 as Doameot No.
3470871 for the coos<m don of Sch nick Labe Road east of Zachery law; and
WHMtBAS, development plans have been approved for development of the property at
the same location which required relocation of the proposed road; and
WHEREAS, the ply purchased ply will no looser be necessary for the road;
and
WHIMBAS, development pians have been approved which incorporates this exons
property into the development; and
WHBRBAS, the plat of Quail Hollow Addition dedicates the right-of-way for Schmidt
Like Road; and
WIiBRBAS, it is in the beat interest of the City to transfer ownership of the property.
NOW, 'IZiBRB80RB, BE 1T HBR)EHY RESOLVED BY THE CPIY COUNaL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MKNNBSOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the property described in Document No. 3470871 is hereby
declared as surplus property.
2. That the Mayor and City Manager aro authorized to execute a deed
transferring ownership of the property to the owner of Quail Hollow
Addition.
3. The property must be imrporated with the adjacent property when it
Is platted.
4. That the plat shall provide the right-of-way necessary for the new road
alignment.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
