APPROVING COOPERATIVE JOINT POWERS AGREEMZNT
VICll;813URG LANE CONSTRUCTION
COUNTY ROAD 10 TO COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY OF PLYMOU72 AND CITY OF MAPLE GROVE
WHERBAS, Maple Grove is proposing to improve Vicksburg Laps fmm County Rad 10
southerly to their city limits; and
WHEREAS, in order that an improved Vicksburg Lane will be completed to County Rad
47 that portion within the City of Plymouth should be included within the project; and
WHEREAS, Maple Grove has prepared plans and specifications for the total improvement
and received bids on the project; and
WHEREAS, it h proposed that Maple Grove will be the lead agency for the construction
of the project.
NOW, T HERBFORB, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLV13D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, Ivor MOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into the Cooperative Joint Powers Agreement with Maple Grove for
the constnctiort of Vicksburg Lane from County Road 10 to County Road 47.
