AUTSORIT. NG CONVEYANCE TO AWOVMG PROPERTY OWNER

4th Addidon, Hennepin County, MN lying northerly of a line described as follows: Beginning
at the most southerly comer of Lot 1, Block 3, said Bau Lake Heighn 4th Addition to a point
on the westerly line of uld Oudot B, distant 163.0 feet southeaateriy of the most westerly
corner of said Outlot B.•
NOW, '[HBRffiiORE, BE IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOLT1ii, K NNESOTA: As follows:
1. That the above described property is hereby declared surplus property.
2. The Mayor and City Manger aro hereby authorized to convey the surplus
property to Alan and Vicky Hubbell, the immediate adjacent property
owners.
