WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated Marcb 4, 19949 Lundgren Bron.
CooswctlM Inc., developer of Heather Run 2nd Addition (940167, bas agrred to inwll oertain
hVwveaaents for said devdap ma t; and
WIBREAS, the developer has completed a portbo of the street, utility and site graft as noted below;
and
VA BREAS, the developer has requested a reductlon of the development bond to reflect the completed
wok;
NOW, TIBREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNBSO:A; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
That the letter of credit required for the above items bo reduced as detailed above from $79,184 to
576,160 to reflect the completed wort. Letter of Credit No. 28466-D maybe reduced accordingly.
