AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PMKMIANCE CUARANTEE FOR
TOIL COIMANY POR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3006 NIAOARA LANE
NORTH. (93133)
WiMBREAS, a Site Phan Amendment for Toll Company was approved under City
Council Resolution 92-210; and,
WHEREAS, the deveioper submitted the required Site Pah mance Owraniee in the
form of a Saviop Account in the amount of $67,000.00; and,
WIMREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 94-497, authorized the reduction of
the Savimp Account to $169000; and,
VAMMU S, upon notice from the developer. City gaff las inspected said die and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB PT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF
THE CRY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that h should and hereby doe: authorize
a $16,000 reduction of the Savimp Account which was submitted to guarantee dte
improvements for Toll Company in the amount of $16,000 to a new total parantee of
$1,000.00.
