WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Cheery 8W Builders was approved by Resolution 93664;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer wbea tied the required Site PW& manor Ouaeantin in the
form of crib in the amount of $23,750; nod,

recoemnends a reduction of the Mandel guarantee;
NOW, TMEFORB, BE 1T E MtilBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THS C1TY OF PLYMOU M, MMESOTA, that it should and hereby does autborin
a reduction of the crib by the amount of $14,375 to a new total guarantee of $14,375.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
