WHEREAS, a Site Plan and Conditional Use Pamir for Christ Memorial Lutheran
Church was appwved under City Coumdl Resolution 92-339; and.
WHBR AS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance ii mantes in the
foam of cub in the amount of SM; aad,
WHEREAS, upon notice ft m the developer. City Staff has impacted said site and
reoommende eeieaee of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THERM*ORB, BE rr HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, iwQN =OTA, that it should and hereby does authorin
the release of the cash in the amount of WO, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Christ Manorial Lutheran Church.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
