WHEREAS, the Cky of Plymouth is required b I ovlde the Department of Housing
and Urban Development an application fa the Community Development Block Grant

WHEREAS, on September 28, 1994, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Autbority held a duly constituted public hearing to allow interested parties to express
their opinion; and,
Vl kIEREAS, the City Council has reviewed tion recommendations of the Housing acct
Redevelopment Authority regarding the proposed activities and pmgmm amounts for
Fiscal Year 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,1 MMOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
City ManW to submit to the U.S. Deputswo of Houdag and Urban Development
the application and all other required documents for pudcipadon in the Fiscal Year
1995 Community Development Block Grant Program for the following pt*M in the
respective Proposed amounts:
