APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR HARTY AND STENGLEIN

WEMEAS, Harty and Stenglein have requested approval for a Lot
Divisioo/Coamlidation for the creation of two lob, located at 2900 Medicine Labe
Boulevard But and 2843 Medicine Ridge Road;
NOW, THEREFORB, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE MY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot DlvisionlCoosolidadon for the creation of two lob, located at 2900 Medicine
Lase Boulevard B.ri and 2845 Medicine Ridge Road.
All that part of Lob 7 and 36, "AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 333,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, 1v 9MOTA", described as follows: Beginning at a point
896.6 feet south of the north line of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 118,
Range 22, and 769 feet weal of the cast line of aid Government Lot 2; thence South 8
degrees 41 minutes Bast, 153.3 Poet; them South 72 degrees 07 minutes Wes, 233.9
