RESOLUTION 94 - 630
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMBNDMBNT FOR FRED KN[TI'SON FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14MS-2 44TH PLACE NORTH ('94113)
WHEREAS, Fred Knutson has requested approval for a Site Plan Amendment for the
Fambrook Manor project located at 14MS-2 44th Place North;
NOW, TTiBRH waM BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE C]TY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Bngineer's Memorandum.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. Ibis Site Plan Amendment is for thL, addition of a 12 by 14 foot three -season
porch.
4. Compliance with terms and conditions of Resolution 88-3851 the c.40W Site
Plan approval for Fernbrook Manor.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
