WHERBASr the City C mwil has approved the MPUD Final Plat for Tbid
Development Company for property located at the nordma corner of Northwest
Boulevard and Campus Drive;

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMBSOTAr that it should and hereby does dired the
following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said WPM Final Plat:
1. Compliance with the City Bngineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. No building permits shall be issued until the MPUD Final Plat h filed with
Hennepin County.
4. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the
approved MPUD 81-1. per Season 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on Oaeber 17, 1994.
