APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR TOLD DEVBLOFMEN T COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT TIM NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORIEWBST
BOULEVARD AND CAMPUS DRIVE (94111) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Told Development Company has requested a MPUD Pod Plat fbr
poperty bcated at the northeast corner of Northwest Boulevard and Campus Drive;
NOW, 'IHER8POR8, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
IM CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a
MPUD Final Plat for Told Development Company for property located at the northeast
corner of Northwest Boubvud and Campo Drive.
Adopted by the City Council on October 17, 1994.
The undersigned, beim the duly qualifbd and appointed City Cork of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, oertifia that I compared the foregoing resohrtion adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on October 1, , 1994 , with the original
thereof on fib in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
