WHBRBAS, Ascension Lathan Church bu requested approval for a RKM Final Site
Plan Amendment for a church located at 15870 46th Avenue North;
NOW, 'IHBRBFORB, BB 1T HEMY RBSOLVED BY THE CrTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MQdNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliam with the City BnSimer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
snrmvals per Ordinance provisions.
4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fin
lana, fire Wro signs and construction wndards.
S. Ibis RPUD Final Site Plan Amendment is for the addition of 30 puking spaces
in a location previously shown u proof of partiing.
6. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Resolution 90-498 approving a
church expansion and proof of parking plan.
