HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 24
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enW into an agreement with the State cf
Minnesota. Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit:
To instal a new traffic control signal with street lights and sigcing on
Trunk Highway No. SS at County State Aid Highway No. 2: (Dunkirk
Lane) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained
in Agreement No. 72615, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City offices be and hereby aro authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contactual obligations contained therein.
