AUTHORIZE THB MAYOR TO SIGN TM
CBRTMCATE OF EXEMIF ON FROM
TM IM WETLAND ACT FOR
SUBURBAN HBNNEM REGIONAL PARS D187WCT
WHEREAS, Suburban Hesmepin Regional Park DirtrW F nF ns to clean the existing
drainage ditch along the Regional Trail Corridor from the Target Center pond outlet pipe
south to approximately 400 feet south of County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, no filling Mill take place witkin wetlands; and
WHEREAS, the drainage ditch repair and maintenance is covered under Exemption No. 3
of the 1991 Wetland Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, hGNNBSOTA: TW the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for maintenance of the drainage ditch for Suburban
Hennepin Regional Park District.
