AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTMCATE OF 1101PTION FROM
THS IM VPETLAND ACT FOR
SUBURBAN HENNBM REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Suburban Hennepin Regional Faris District proposes to place fill on top of
existing crow country ski trail adjacent to Northwest Boubvard 1,000 feet south of
Ccwaty Road 9 to protect the tail from flooding during winter snow mob; and
WHEREAS, this work is coveted under Exemption No. 10 of the 1991 Wetland Act,
&Wvitbs in a wetland created solely as s i result of actions by public entities that were
tal m for a purpose other than creating I'm wetland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REMY RESOLVED BY THE C1TY COUNCL OF THE
CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the Ming necessary to protect the cross country dd
trail for the Suburban Hennepin Regional Paris District.
