1911 WETLAND ACT
PLYMOUTH TECHNOLOGY PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Plymouth TbchnokW Pwt propose to develop adjacent to
wetlands for industrial building; and
WEMMEAS, ffi t will taloa phos within a wetland; and
Wali MRAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under Exemption
25, filling less than 400 square feet.
