HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-610• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 94. 610 APPROVING FELLING WETI ANDS AND THE WETLAND REM ACEM>121T PLAN FOR FB IA NG OF LESS THAN 10.000 SQUARK FEET NATHAN LANE 04M WMIREASv the developers of the Hickory Hills will be constructing for the City of Plymouth Nathan Lae which requires filling wetlands; and VAMMU S9 there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of Nathan Lane; and WHBREAS j a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands in kind at a 2 to I ratio which is required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and WiiBREAS9 the Replacement Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Act. NOWs T BREPOPA BE IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIMNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the LOUIS Fin 9W of Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Replaoernent Plan for wetland restoration for the construction of :Nathan Lane property subject to the following conditions: 1. The replacement wetland must be monitored for a five (5) year period from the date of completion. 2. The wetland consultant shall submit an annual monitoring report to the city of Plymouth on the anniversary date of the completion of the replacement wetland for a period of five (5) years containing information required in WCA rule 8420.0620. 3. The replacement wetland must be constructed concurrently with site grading. Adopted by the City Council on October 3, 1994
