Assessment Hearhrg from the property owner of HioiM Hills Addition waiving their right ro
greeW astessmeot hearings covering the hwdhrtion of sadtary sewer and wooer $runt
heilities, and all other appurtsesa ea;
NOW, -I BE rr HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CrIY OF • MINNESOTA:

1. Such proposed amumeut, a copy of which is allvAed hereto and made a pan bereot, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the Wads named therein
and each tro of land therein included is batt found to be benefited by the proposed
improwx- P t in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment sW be payable in equal annual installs enb extending over a period of 5
yeas, the fust of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
19950 and shall bear interest at the rate of 9.00% per annum from the due of adoption of
this assessment resolution. To the first instsUment shall be added interest on the entire
un m>ent from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. To each subsequent
installmew when due shall be added interest for one year on allunpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so aneaed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessrnew to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the due of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest shall be charted if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this raolution and be y at any dme thereafter pay the City Finance Director

of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the next urcceediryl
YM.
4. The Cleric shall forthwith transmit a caRif ed duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax no of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $58,707.90.
