wnnEAS, Leoeard Lampert Architects has requested a She Pim for a 62,568 quem
foot addition for property located at 1035 Nathan Lane North; and
WHERBA.S, the Planning Commission has mvbwed aid request at a duly called
Public Hearing and rewmmends approval;
NOW, 'liffiiEVOW BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1NNBS0TA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Leooard Lampert Architects for a Site Fla for a 62,568 square foot
building addition located at 1035 Nathan Laos North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Ptyment of park dedication fees has been addled through previous City
Council action.
3. Compliance with Policy Remludon 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevadom
for near structures on sites &Qacem to, or containing any open storm water
drainage lhcility.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Apument for
completion of site improvements within 12 mouths of the date of this resolution.
S. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
6. Any subsequent phase or expansions an subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
7. Compliance with the Ordinance reprding the location of fire hydrants and fire
Ines.
B. All waste and waste containers shall be stored in the approved areas, and no
outside songs is permitted.
9. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch "As Built" Pin Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to
the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy.
