Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees-in-Ueu has been addled by previous City approvals. 3. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expane. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79.80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions agjaoent to, or containing any open Stam water drainage facility. S. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to Hing the Find Plat. 7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. Adopted by the City Council on Iktober 3, 1994. •
