SBTnNG CONDmONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PQ.JNO OF THE RELATED
PRNAL PLAT FOR LEONARD LST ARCHITECT'S FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1033 NATHAN LANE NORTH (94095)
WHOMMI the City Council has approved the Pial Plat for Minter Welum
Company addition located at 1035 Nathan Lane North;
NOW, T ERWKW , BE IT HEREBY EBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it dwuld and hereby does approve
the followieg to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees-in-Ueu has been addled by previous City
approvals.
3. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expane.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79.80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions agjaoent to, or containing any open Stam
water drainage facility.
S. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to Hing the Find Plat.
7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on Iktober 3, 1994.
